How it works

  1. Tick the cards you own on each set's card list. Open a card to mark it ★ Want or ⇄ For trade.
  2. Press "Copy my trade link" and send it to your trade partner; they do the same.
  3. Paste their link above. You see which of their cards are on your want list (or missing from your sets) and which of yours they need, with prices.
  4. Untick cards until the balance looks right, or press "Pick a fair trade".

Questions

How do I know if a Pokémon card trade is fair?
Compare the market prices of both sides. The calculator adds up current TCGplayer market prices (or Cardmarket converted to US dollars where TCGplayer has none) and shows the difference. Many collectors call a trade fair when both sides are within about 10% of each other; condition, grading and how much you want a card matter too.
Which prices does the calculator use?
The same daily prices as the card lists on this site: TCGplayer market price for near-mint raw cards while it is recent, otherwise the Cardmarket trend price converted to US dollars. Graded cards and damaged cards trade at very different prices.
What is a trade link?
A link that carries your ticked cards, your want list and your trade list inside the link itself. Send it to a friend; when they open it, the calculator compares it with their own collection. Nothing is stored on our server.
How do I trade safely?
Trade in person where you can, for example at your local game store, and check the condition of every card before you swap. For trades by mail, agree on the cards in writing, use tracked shipping and send at the same time. Be careful with anyone who asks for money on top of a trade. If you are under 18, trade with a parent or guardian.
